Are you letting your negative thoughts take over your body, mind & everyday life?

Are you…

  • Blaming yourself for every situation?

  • Having a hard time, letting go of things?

  • Going to one extreme, every time instead of seeing the good?

If you answered YES to one or more of these questions, you are letting the negative mindset take over your positive mindset.

Image letting go, seeing the good instead of the bad, and feeling confidence in life….

Here are the steps to get your mind shifted to positive thoughts.

  1. RECOGNIZING you are creating a pattern of negativity

  2. Ask yourself WHY you are saying or thinking….

  3. Take the negative and TURN IT into a positive

    ***You wondering How?

  4. Flip the Negative into a Positive, say the OPPOSITE thing

  5. Erase the Negative and replace it with the Positive

  6. Hold on to the Positive & keep telling yourself it over & over until you BELIEVE IT

Is your child

  • ungrateful & whiny?

  • testing you to the end of your breaking point?

  • acting like a kid you would "never" have or put up with?

  • someone you don’t like right now? (doesn’t mean you don’t love them)

  • personality or characteristic traits not what you "wanted" as a child?

Have you caught yourselves sitting in your own pity?

Are you seeing more negative about your child than the good they have inside them?

I know I have.

I didn't like the guilt I felt & I didn't like the way I felt about my child.

If you’re in this state of mind & phase...

Remember these things, mama...

  • They are only ___ years old

  • They are learning how to go through life (just like you)

  • Your kid's personality/traits are exactly how God made them

  • You can help them strengthen the difficult traits (with your patience and love)

  • Don't be selfish in the sense that, you wanted XYZ.

God hand-picked you for this child for a reason.

I know IT'S HARD. I'm not saying it's easy or you're a bad mom for feeling this way. You are a normal mama!

But it's WORTH IT to notice these things. To work on your mindset around your child.

It’s just a Phase, Don’t miss it!
