Take the negative and TURN IT into a positive

Flip the Negative into a Positive, say the OPPOSITE thing
Erase the Negative and replace it with the Positive
Hold on to the Positive & keep telling yourself it over & over until you BELIEVE IT

someone you don’t like right now? (doesn’t mean you don’t love them)
