By signing this document, you (the Guest) and Kendahl Yanez, (the Host) are agreeing to the following terms outlined below: PODCAST/INTERVIEW RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: By signing below, the Guest GRANT PERMISSION for the Host to use her name, voice, image, words, participation, and professional title in these Recording and after recording on social media, website, email, and any other form of promotion regarding the episode, without compensation to the Guest. The Host may edit the Recording to her liking. The Host has no obligation to make use of the rights granted. All Rights Reserved by, Kendahl Yanez, the founder of, Mama, You're Doing Great!™ The Guest agrees to send at least one email to their email list & post at least one post on feed & stories on Instagram promoting the episode within a week of the episode’s publication date. The Guest represents that she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and to perform all of the provisions thereof.
