Letting Go of the Christmas and New Year’s Expectations

Thinking about adding more activities to my to-do list feels overwhelming.

I know most mamas are just trying to survive motherhood & by adding the holiday expectations on top, this time of year gets very overwhelming.

In this episode, I encourage you to let go of the expectations, the perfection, & the stress the holidays bring & remember the reason for the season.

Setting boundaries & saying no to things that don't matter the most to your family will help decrease the overwhelm.

Embrace the imperfections of the holiday break. Enjoy the things that truly matter.

After Christmas is over, we go straight into expectations of the New Year. New Year, New You? Don't put pressure & unrealistic expectations on yourself.
